Information for Commercial/Non-Government Verifiers

All verifiers must register with Thomas & Company's Verifier Portal to obtain employment and/or wage verifications for any SASR Workforce Solutions employee. Once you are registered as a user, you will have 24/7 access to generate employment and wage verifications as long as you have permissible purpose and consumer consent.

Information for Government Verifiers

Government agencies that support social service programs can register with Thomas & Company's Government Portal to obtain employment and wage verifications for any SASR Workforce Solutions employees. Once registered, you will have 24/7 access to generate social service verification forms at no cost.

3. Once your registration is complete, it will be reviewed. If your account is approved, you will be able to access and receive no-cost social service verifications securely and instantly, 24/7

Information for SASR Workforce Solutions Employees

Thomas & Company's Employee Access Portal gives you control over your personal data, while creating a convenient, user-friendly experience! If you need employment-only verification, no action is needed once you have given the verifier your consent and the company code SASR.
If the request includes a verification of wages, you will need to provide consent with a release in the form of a verifier PIN. Obtaining a verifier PIN is fast, easy, and free. To access Thomas & Company's Employee Access Portal and create your PIN:

1. Visit tncverity.com
2. Choose Get Started, then Employee Access under Employees.
3. Complete log-in by providing the following details: your name, email address, Social Security number, company code SASR, and authentication ID (Your Authentication ID will be the last 4 digits of your SSN and your birth year. For example, if your SSN ends in 1234 and your birth year is 1980, you would enter 12341980).
4. To keep your account secure, Thomas & Company uses two-factor authentication. You will receive an email and a link to access your account.

The Employee Access Portal, in addition to both creating and deleting verifier PINs, allows you to view historic PINs and verifier requests, block and unblock your data, dispute dates of employment and/or wages, request a verification for a government agency, obtain a free personal verification report, and request immigration and adoption forms.
