The Solo Merchandiser will be responsible for overseeing the entire project of fixturing, merchandising and opening of new stores, and ensuring the total project is complete within the allotted timeframe with the assistance of the client project team. Travel is required 75-100% of the time and may include out-of-state travel, typically within 400 miles of base location.
Include, but are not limited to the following:
1. Overseeing the entire project of installing fixtures and setting merchandise in new store locations
2. Ensuring the project is completed within the allotted time frame.
3. Verifying that employees have been scheduled by client to complete the project.
4. Verifying the store drawings and measurements for accuracy.
5. Reporting all issues noted during prep visit.
6. Travel is required 75-100% of the time and may include out-of-state travel, typically within 400 miles of base location.
7. Dependable attendance and punctuality are required.
8. Must be able to work a variable schedule of up to 70 hours per week including weekends and holidays as required.

Required Education and Experience:
1.High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience required.
2.Minimum 1 year of retail experience preferred.
3.Excellent organizational, communication, leadership, presentation and interpersonal skills required.
4.Demonstrated visual merchandising skills required.
5.Exhibit good leadership skills by promoting inclusive team environment
